Service Delivery Associate 

The Board of Management of Baseball Ontario is looking for a confident, self-reliant, positive individual who possesses the following skills to handle these related responsibilities. This is a permanent part-time position averaging 2-3 days a week, approximately 25-30 hours a week which varies based on the seasonality of the organization. 


  • provide assistance in all phases of operations of the Baseball Ontario office, including but not limited to:
    • Coaching and Umpire clinics
    • Grass Roots program
    • Winterball program
    • Insurance program
    • Tournaments
  • general office administration
  • reception
  • undertake other clerical and reception duties as required 

Skills required:

  • experience in general office administration with good organization and time management skills
  • pleasant and professional telephone personality
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of  MS Office Suite other common computer applications
  • speed and accuracy for data entry
