For teams wishing to travel outside of Canada, extra accident insurance is required as Baseball Ontario's insurance covers liability only when outside the country.

Many players may already have this insurance through their parents credit cards, benefits, etc. However, documentation should be obtained to show proof of coverage.

Alternatively, teams can purchase insurance for travel by contacting Pearson-Dunn Insurance Brokers. Please see the documentation on coverage offered.

Should an accident occur outside Canada, the player/parent and/or team will be wholly responsible for any incurred expenses.
