Position: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Job Description: We are an amateur sport, not for profit organization looking for an energetic, well organized, customer service oriented individual to join our team.
In this broad-scoped role, you will maintain ongoing database records and files, provide administrative support to various programs, carry out reception duties as required, and offer outstanding customer services to our clients.
Qualifications: The following education and experience is required or preferred for proficient performance of this job:
College Diploma in related studies or equivalent experience in an administrative role
demonstrated skills in office procedures and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Access
good communication skills, detail oriented and willing to work flexible hours including weekends
a willingness to learn
the ability to work independently as well as interact and communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients
the ability to fulfill occasional requirements for heavy lifting
This is a permanent, part-time position that will become full-time throughout the spring and summer.
Reports To: Human Resources Committee
Interviews: To be held January 3, 2008 for qualifying applicants.
