Obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 1994 Jeff has been involved in the highest levels of the sport performance industry for 15 years. He has worked with many varsity, national and professional coaches, athletes and teams during the first few years of his career. In 1997 Jeff attended his first spring training with the Toronto Blue Jays and in 1998 was offered a position allowing him to dedicate all of his efforts to the organization first as the minor league strength and conditioning coordinator and then as the head strength and conditioning coach for the entire organization.
In 2003 Jeff stepped down from the Blue Jays to start his company Krush Sport Performance. While he stays close to the Blue Jays and various players now all around Major League Baseball, he also consults with Major League Baseball International helping to develop the game worldwide. In this capacity he is involved with baseball performance programs in Canada, South Africa, Italy, Holland, Sweden, France, USA and China and has presented at seminars, coaching conferences and player development programs all around the globe. Jeff also oversees the strength and conditioning programs for the University of Alberta Golden Bears Football and the Canadian Football League's Edmonton Eskimos.
Jeff's company, Krush Sport Performance, was founded in late 2003 and is dedicated to brining the very latest sport performance information, trends and research to athletes, parents and coaches everywhere. The company began with presentations, seminars and Jeff's true passion, the hands on work with dedicated athletes. With the development of the Krush Sport Performance Radio Show which Jeff hosts each week on The Team 1260 Edmonton Sports Radio, he now plans to launch Krush Sport Performance in a multi media format in 2007 making it one of the most comprehensive and reliable sources of sport performance information.
Most recently Jeff has proudly been appointed as the Director of Sport Performance for Human Maximum Performance a company dedicated to upholding the integrity of drug free sport and the exploration of the very latest science pertaining to sport performance and the development of athletes.
Jeff now lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with his wife Debbie and three daughters Madison, Olivia and Ellie.
